Marina Lantsman - Science
Marina Lantsman brings 28 years of teaching experience to Florida SouthWestern Collegiate High School, having taught students from kindergarten through high school. A native of New York, she earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Binghamton University and a master's degree in education from New York University. She moved to Florida in 2005 and spent 19 years teaching in Miami-Dade County Public Schools at the elementary, middle, and high school levels before relocating to Fort Myers in 2023.
At the high school level, Ms. Lantsman has taught Biology and AP Biology and currently teaches Honors Biology and Anatomy & Physiology at FSWC. She is dedicated to developing students’ scientific understanding, analytical skills, and appreciation for the life sciences. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and junk journaling.
