Jennese Morauski – School Principal
Originally from Ohio but a proud longtime Florida resident, Jennese Morauski has dedicated her life to serving the students and families of Lee County. After raising three children through the Lee County School District and spending 27 years working in local education, she brings a deep understanding of what students need to thrive.
Jennese earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) and went on to complete both a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University. She began her career as a Coordinator for Adult Education, partnering with community organizations and the Criminal Justice System. That work sparked her passion for early intervention and inspired her transition to supporting younger learners.
For the past 20 years, Jennese has served in a variety of leadership roles across both middle and high school settings, always with a focus on empowering students, supporting teachers, and building strong school communities. Her experience, paired with her commitment to student success, guides her leadership as Principal of Florida SouthWestern Collegiate High School.
With a heart for service and a belief in the potential of every student, Jennese is honored to lead FSW Collegiate HS and to help shape the next generation of scholars and leaders.
